Rules
Welcome to Horseshoe County, we are a server based on the Gunsmoke map with an "Old West" style. You won't find a rex around here! The admin team are a global and relaxed bunch, and will be more than happy to help you out. All of our rules/licenses exist to improve player experience, and to make the game more enjoyable for all. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
General Rules
- No harassment of other players, no exceptions.
- No bullying other players or inciting hate speech.
- If you need to log out in town, please hitch your horse and log out in the tavern.
- No harvesting resources right around Juniper Station (spawn town.)
- Only take what you need from the crafting benches in town, and make sure you take all of your items with you when you leave.
- Do not remove the prefix of any purchased animals.
Building Rules
- No building close to Juniper Station.
- Your base will reserve an area roughly the size of the circles on the map. Your base circle must not touch another player's circle.
- Do not close off any of the mines.
- Do not build close enough to the mines that you affect the spawns inside.
- The larger you want to build, the further you build from Juniper.

Inactive bases (those who have had no login for 30 days) may be removed to allow new players to use that spot - unless prior arrangements have been made with Admins.
Breeding Rules
We work on a system of a "Breeding License" to add a role play element, create an economy and help set the pacing of the game.
- Only sell animals for gold nuggets/coins.
- No trading/lending/giving away animals to players of different tribes.
- Prices for individual animals can be found on the back of the bank in town and in our discord server. Please follow this when pricing your own animals for sale.
In this server, you require a breeding license to sell un-neutered animals to other players. Getting the license is simple, you just need to meet 3 requirements which are also listed below. To make it clear, you can still breed your own animals without having a license, you just cannot sell breedable animals to other players, or use the Licensed Breeder benefits.
Benefits of Breeding License:
- Can sell un-neutered animals.
- You can register a prefix for your bred animals that cannot be removed.
- Can advertise your animals on discord.
- You can sell your animals at auction events where only animals from registered breeders can be sold.
- You can register your animals, and they will gain points alongside your player character when you compete in server competitions. Players and animals will have separate leaderboards, the top few will receive prizes at the end of a competition season.
How to get the Breeding License:
To receive the breeders licence and unlock all the above benefits, you must meet 3 of the below requirements, e.g. own 20 animals, imprinted 10 and have bred 3 generations.
- Have a pair of animals with a base level of 300+
- Have bred into at least 3 generations
- Have fully (100%) imprinted 10 or more animals
- Own over 20 animals
- Paid a fee of 1000 gold coins.
